Sofortimplantation bei schwerer Paro­dontitis

Die Implantation im parodontal vorgeschädigten Gebiss empfiehlt sich bisher als zweizeitiges Vorgehen. Extraktion, Ausheilung, ggf. Augmentation, Implantation. Eine Implantation post extractionem mit Sofortbelastung von Implantaten wird mehrheitlich abgelehnt. Was aber, wenn patientenseits gerade diese festsitzende Zahnversorgung indiziert ist?
